Mr Sunny Ng Huat Tian is the founder and Group Managing Director of Oilcorp Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of Malaysia Stock Exchange.  Oilcorp is the holding company of DCL.  Sunny holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Further Technical Education. He joined Chiyoda Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 1980 as a Draftsman.

Subsequently, he joined Malaysian Mining Corporation Berhad in 1983 as a Senior Design Draftsman. From 1986 to 1989, he was attached to Protek Engineers Sdn Bhd as a Designer. He joined Damit Worley Engineering in 1989 as a Lead Squad Leader before setting up OLEA in 1990. He has more than 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Mr Pua Yow Liang has over 20 years experience in the property development and construction business.  Prior to joining the Group he was working in marketing and project management for a number of companies including United Overseas Australia Limited and Mulpha International Berhad.  Since 1995, Pua has worked exclusively in the property development industry and has completed numerous property development projects in Malaysia.  In 2003, he was appointed as an Executive Director of Oilcorp Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of the Malaysia Stock Exchange. Pua holds a Degree in Housing Building and Planning from the University of Sciences Malaysia.

Mr Kelvin Cheong Yit Yong is the General Manager of the D’Tiara Beach Resort.  Prior to joining the Group he was employed by Teck Guan Holdings as the General Manager for its group human resources and General Manager for its Hotel Division in Sabah and held various key human resources position in international and local companies.  He has worked in Australia, China, Cambodia and East Malaysia.  He is a Chartered Human Resources professional and holds a B.A. (minor in HRM) from Edith Crowan University, Australia and a M.A. in Service Administration from Notre Dame University.  He also holds a Hotel General manager’s Certification from Cornell University, USA.
