D’Tiara Corp Limited (“DCL”) was incorporated in Jersey, The Channel Islands under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 on 22 October 2007.  DCL is principally an investment holding company and has a direct subsidiary company namely D’Tiara Corp Sdn Bhd.

The services of DCL and its subsidiary companies ('DCL Group'), which are based in Malaysia, consist of a few integrated segments, namely the property development, hotel/resort management and investment and franchising. The Group has extensive real estate experience developed over a number of years which is complemented by a number of senior in-house consultants experienced in all aspects of property development.  In addition, the Group has an experienced hospitality management team which is currently responsible for the operation of D’Tiara Beach Resort.  The Group is seeking expansion opportunities, particularly in area of franchising, in other Asian countries with several MOU being signed to date.
