2007 DCSB acquired Magic Coast Sdn Bhd and launched its D’Tiara Office & Hotel Suites.
  Incorporation of DCL
2006 DCSB signed a share sale agreement to acquire Town & Country Properties Sdn Bhd for the development of D’Tiara Leisure & Health Resort.
  DCSB acquired a piece of land in Pulau Indah to develop D’Tiara Waterfront Resort.
2005 D’Tiara Beach Resort was launched. The Resort comprising 980 units of serviced apartments, a Grand Ballroom (1500 pax), 16 function rooms, 6 food & beverage outlets, a water theme park with extensive range of leisure and entertainment recreational facilities www.tbr.com.my
2004 The marketing, construction and subsequently completion of D’Tiara Beach Resort.
  Ascent Tours (MM2H) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Ascent Tours & Travels Sdn Bhd) was incorporated.
2003 D’Tiara Corp Sdn Bhd (DCSB) and its group of companies were injected into the property division of listed entity: Oilcorp Berhad.
