A) D’Tiara Office & Hotel Suites is developed by Magic Coast Sdn Bhd and consists of two towers, namely the Office Tower and the Hotel Tower. The Office Tower will accommodate business activities and the Hotel Tower will provide accommodation that caters, in particular, to the short or long term accommodation needs of people associated with the businesses in the office building.
